I have no clue if the style exemplified from track's 1 - 14 is a sonic-device employed in many of this project's recordings prior to this and following from this as well, or if it is *device. I'm going to go along with the latter and assume that this lone, wobbly/atonal guitar/bass(?) playing along with sung vocals (though muffled/slightly distant) is not SA but a separate character- a character SA is talking to us about whom lives on the outskirts of town.
