I started recording this album, without the proper grounding, to understand the significance. I felt a connection to the dead. I feel a heavy weight from the spiritual realm.

I was having intense anxiety, when I was editing art. At 8:00 pm or 9:00 pm, I started making photos. I needed songs to go alongside it.

The whole experience was like a bad DXM trip. Faces in the art, ghosts in the walls, panic.

All the doom. All the gloom. I feel like I will die soon. I am not seeking it out.

I tried listening to Frank Zappa's Hot Rats. It gave me the worst paranoia.

I'm afraid of cancers, authority, and America.
